AllocSize size_t: 確保するメモリのサイズ(単位:byte)
Alignment size_t: 確保するメモリ領域のアドレス値の倍数
File const(char)*: DxAllocを呼んだソースファイル名(デバッグ用)
Line int: DxAllocを呼んだソースファイル中の行番号(デバッグ用)

Type: void*

null:メモリの確保失敗 NULL以外:確保したメモリ領域の先頭アドレス
